> MGM Established "College Of Computer and Information Technology" in 2001. The College was renamed after Late Shri Dr. Gangadhar Yashwantrao Pathrikar who was a great administrator, Educationalist, and one of the Ex-Secretary of MGM. With a futuristic vision of the growing importance of Computer Science and Information technology in the field of education, Sir had started the first branch of Computer Science in Marathwada region.

> In 2001 college was renamed as Dr. G.Y.Pathrikar College of Computer Science & Information Technology.

> College has several branches established during 19 years of long span like Computer Science,Information Technology,Animation,Hardware Networking and Data Science.

> College was accredited with B Grade in 2012 and reaccredited with A grade in 2017.It is also Certified by ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
